Clearing CNDA Cache

Description

If you were given access to a project but can not log in or perform certain tasks in the project, you may need to clear your CNDA Cache.

Instructions

Clear Cache in CNDA

  1. Log in to the system: Click the link where it says "Logged in as userid" in the top right-hand corner.

  2. Access Cached Resources: Click the “Manage Cached Resources” tab.

  3. Reset the Cache: Click the “Reset Access Cache” button.

  4. Close and Reopen Browser: Close the browser window. Open a new browser and try again.
