This is a walk-through for requesting a CNDA account. Once submitted, the form will be sent to the CNDA Helpdesk for review. A user account will not be available for use until it has been manually approved by the Helpdesk.

  • Click on the Register link below the Login form

    • The New User Registration form displays
      • All fields with red * are required
    • Enter the Username you prefer
    • Enter a Password
      • Password must be at least 8 characters
    • Enter your full First Name and Last Name
    • Enter a valid Email -- this is how the CNDA will contact you when your account has been activated
    • Enter in Comments: the name of the project you need access to, or the PI (if known)
    • To submit, click the Register button
      NOTE: If a red check-mark appears below any of the fields after clicking register, modify the field entry, click Register again

  • Notice of email sent will appear when registration is successful

  • Check your email and respond to the verification email

  • Your account will be reviewed by the CNDA Helpdesk and you will be notified when it is available for use

Things to remember:
  • After 6 months of inactivity, Usernames will be disabled. Users can contact the CNDA Helpdesk to have their accounts re-enabled.
  • Users will be prompted to change their password once a year.
