The CTP Client is an upload utility for use in uploading clinical images to the CNDA.

1. Click the CTP Client link provided by the CNDA.

2. Your default browser will open to download the file. Each browser will respond a bit differently to this. Below are screenshots for the three most popular browsers.

CHROME:
If using Google Chrome Browser, select Keep.

Next, click the button with the filename on it -- also in the bottom left corner. It will look like this:

FIREFOX:
In Firefox, select Open with.

INTERNET EXPLORER:
In Internet Explorer select Open if required.

ALL BROWSERS:
3. After this, browsers might display a warning similar to this:

Select the box to run the application, then click the Run button.

4. The CTP Client window will then display.

5. Click Select Image Directory button, then navigate to the location of the files to be uploaded, click Open.
6. Click the checkbox to the left of files to be uploaded, uncheck any to be ignored.
7. Click Start.

8. New Patient window displays. Enter labels for subject and session, click OK when complete.

NOTES:
  • Site Number should be pre-filled with the correct number.
  • For Park Reeves Projects:
    • Subject Name is entered as site#_subject#.
    • Image Info is entered as: site#_subject#_LocationOfScan_ModalityOfScan_E_EncounterMonth_EncounterDay_EncounterYear
